Walking down the garden path to this detached wood clad luxury dog friendly holiday cottage with a private hot tub, ones eyes are drawn to the views of the verdant countryside sweeping down to the coast 650ft below. Greenway is on one level and has an eclectic mix of contemporary facilities and luxuriant country furnishings. With views through the floor to ceiling windows in the open plan living area one can’t help but feel that you are not just observing the countryside.
THE COTTAGE
With floor to ceiling picture windows in the large open plan living area, this cottage is flooded with natural light and one can't help but feel that you are not just in the rural countryside observing it, but that you are a part of it; couple this with state of the art amenities and luxurious living you will be all set for a wonderful break.
THE ENCLOSED GARDENS
The main garden is south facing and is separated into 3 "garden rooms." The raised garden has stunning sea views and backs on to the Quantock hills. The patio garden room is directly outside of the cottage and this is where your covered hot tub is located. There is an additional east facing garden which has the outside bar and fire pit and this has superb countryside and coastal views. The garden is fully enclosed for dogs and there there are outside hot and cold taps for muddy paws & bikes
THE PRACTICALITIES
The cottage is set over one level so it is ideal for those with restricted mobility. NB it is not DDA compliant and there are 5 quite steep garden steps that have to be navigated to reach the cottage
Parking is off road and private and there is room to park multiple cars
The cottage has full super fast wifi and most mobile phones work well here.
